My Italian friend was not amused. This, however, was due to my atrocious pronunciation and not so much about what I was saying :P The author states that this book is intended for students taking Italian courses. Yes, you would benefit that much more. But why not pick it up anyway? A friendly Italian will come to your rescue, I hope.
