Bahkan aksi kejahatan yang terjadi puluhan tahun lalu masih menjadikan sosok pelaku tega menghabisi sosok-sosok tak bersalah. Mungkin memang ciri khas seri Kindaichi begini ya, fokus ke tindakan kejahatan dan pembalasan dendam lalu pengungkapan. Tapi, korban tetap berjatuhan, termasuk mereka yang berada di tempat yang salah.

Okay, just like how I read this when I was kid, it is still one of my favourite in the series. The criminal in this one, instead of revenge as his@her (hehe you need to guess it) main reason to kill and kill, it was more of how he@she was forced to, just because he@she was "chosen" and was in the wrong place at the wrong time and among the wrong clique if you want to say it, that you can't help to feel sorry. But he@she fucked up from 40 years ago and you can't ever backpedaled from that kind of shit.
