Joshua Nun starts his first year in college with hopes of adventure, education and finding a girlfriend. Much to his surprise he meets not one but three ladies, all who want to help him find God. Joshua, with help from his friends, manages to travel down an often-hilarious road to where he comes face to face with his Lord. James Tom has been writing stories since he was in the sixth grade. But it wasn't until he recognized God's grace that his writing became his mission. This is his first novel. He lives with his wife and children in San Jose, California.

Told in the first person this book will invite you in on the first page. A great book for high school age students that can be enjoyed by even the oldest grown up.

The story follows the loveable Joshua Nun as he starts his first year of college. His interaction with fellow college age students makes for a fun read. You will laugh at the predicaments he gets into. You will also walk away with some lessons about the Lord and how he guides our decisions.

I wasn’t sure I would like this book because it looked like it would be just for teenage boys to read. I was wrong! From the first page I wanted to keep reading to see how this character was going to handle the different situations thrown his way. This is the author’s first book and he has done a great job writing a fun story. Definitely worth reading!

I was given this book by christianreviewofbooks.com to review.
