Non-fiction children's book which explains how hopscotch is played, gives a history of hopscotch (back to Roman times), and provides 3 different versions of hopscotch from different cultures (United States, France, and India).
This is a nice introduction to a game that is known in the US but has many forms in other countries. While other books may have more versions of hopscotch, I enjoyed reading about the history of the game that we play here.
