Married to Hawkwind mainstay Dave Brock, Kris Tait lent her skills to the band in the 1980s in the form of dancing, fire-breathing, onstage visuals and, at times, provided backing vocals. She has co-written a handful of Hawkwind songs with Brock, is the author of a Hawkwind biography entitled "This Is Hawkwind, Do Not Panic". Kris Tait is also currently the manager of Hawkwind.
