Hmm… no.
We don’t need another staged parent-child lack of communication drama. The characters are able to move heaven and earth just so they could discover a letter from their estranged parents telling them “you’re wonderful I love you I’m proud etc etc”
No, you are not wonderful. You can’t even communicate. Honestly, it’s pretty lame if one can slaughter a kicking pig but unable to talk with her own mama.
