Wise insights, helpful suggestions, and useful exercises for maintaining health and flexibility, even reversing some common conditions, by using the Feldenkrais Method. Feeling so inspired after finishing the book, I made an appointment with a local Feldenkrais practitioner to put Free's wisdom into practice.
