It was okay, but not really that good. The text was very unapproachable as a lay reader, and felt much more collegiate. As such, it was difficult to read, which means I walked away not really grasping "what Mahayana Buddhism" is.
I get the high level differences between it and Sravakayana Buddhism, such as Theravada, but I just felt like it could have been greatly improved.
