A simple and easy book to transform your life , I red the book 3 times and planing to start reading it a again. It helped me to keep on writing my gratitude list daily, know how to solve any problem in health, money or relationship. It's my companion while traveling too.
This was a great book to follow along and remind you to love and connect to your body. The 28 days are divided into 4 weeks that have an element as it's focus (air, water, fire, earth) which was really cool to me. I'm also a big tarot fan and I loved bringing those aspects into my life more! I just finished the 28 days of exercises. The basic premise is to lean more into your body's messages (it gives you many exercises on doing this) and trust them. We know so much more than we think we do and our bodies are always sending us messages. Overall great book and I feel much more connected to myself and have found myself stopping during the day to take some deep breaths, check in with myself, and connect to what's going on within.
This has been the best health program I've ever done. Being brutally honest for myself was very rewarding and enlightening. I would have get more of this if I would have done exercises during mornings. My body loves to sleep late and I just didn't want to wake up earlier to have extra hour or two for these exercises in the morning. I did them evenings and some times time run up. But I always had time to do at least level one. I would recommend at least reading the days instructions in the morning, because there is always a theme for each day.
I liked this so much I'm considering doing it again right away now that I know which exercises need more time to complete all three levels. I've been suffocating myself so long time that really opening the channels to listen my body could take some time. What I've revealed with help of this program has been already very useful on my journey towards great health.
I liked the structure of the book: ever week has a theme, every day has a theme. At least for me completing at least the level one task each day was manageable.
This is a great book for looking within ourselves for the answers rather than looking outside of ourselves for them. You will look at your body to find where the energy is trapped and how to release it.
Ok I have finally finished the book. I think it said 28 days, but I have lost count. It's not easy to do this consistently every day. Some exercises are not easy, and out of your comfort zone! So after skippig for many days, I just resumed to read 2-3 chapters a day. I think Fire week was the hardest for me. Being an air sign, fire dissolves me LOL! I finished Earth week in 2 days! Strange.
I tried to keep up with the programme, but as expected, some of them had to be skipped. But my cell memory will keep it. I don't think I ever forget what I read! I love the fire-water-earth-air circle, as well as the clutter parts! Overall I think Linn is a very talented teacher and healer. I'll be picking up other books of hers for sure!
