Part of the Mafia Kings Corrupted series each can be read as a standalone with a semi-crazy sexy and the women that captures his undivided attention without even trying so hang on and double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love (ALL THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE MAFIA WORLD). By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! CAN’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED!!!!. It started out as a business arrangement and turned into something so much more before they even knew it. Greta is a shero, strong, don’t take anything off anyone or put up on with anyone’s bs, protects those she loves, set on bringing the cartel to justice for trafficking and not to proud to ask for help when she needs it. Brute sexy as all get out President of MC Old Dogs isn’t a long term relationship kind of guy, has always been attracted to his girl but felt she was too young but admired her strength so teaming up with her on the human trafficking was an added bonus especially if they can bring down the cartel in the process but what neither of the realized the more they worked together the closer they grew. With ever twist, every turn, the stronger the magnetic pull between became and the chemistry is something neither of them can no longer deny but do they succeed in bring down the cartel, do they save the girls, will he be honest about his feelings for her, will she be honest about her feelings for him, and can they find happiness somewhere along the way?

This series just gets better and better
I loved everything eventhough it is considered a short book
I loved the badass smart Female lead Greta
I loved the Marshmallow Overprotective Bear that is Brute
I loved how there was no OW drama in an MC clubhouse and how Greta changed it form "competing for" to "sharing all" the attention
I loved that the Romance did not overpower the Mafia aspect
I looooved that the sex scenes came at the correct time (and yes they both came together 😉)

so the story started with a box full of photos of men/women who were obviously abused and tortured, and this box was left in the mc's clubhouse. brute called gabe (greta's semi-boss/friend) for him to pick-up the box and check the contents since saving people from trafficking is their turf. but gabe was away and he sent greta instead.

brute and greta have already met in the previous books in this series, i can't remember exactly which book, but the point is they've known each other for awhile. but they never had talked to one another before, maybe in passing? idk and i can't remember. so, both of them tried to work out the photos and that's where the start of mafia/mc working together (brute had worked with them before in the prior books but in this one he was all in, because this fight also concerns his sister that was missing for 15 years)

the characters were so much alike, both players (love the equality, btw), impulsive, hot headed, adrenaline seeker, commitment-phobic, and loyal to their core. brute was determined to not give in to his desire because he thinks that greta's way too young for him. (way too young to be his daughter in his head, i mean 13 years isn't that huge gap i think??) but of course they were hot for each other, and though greta is young, she's way too mature in thinking in spite of her age.

they agreed to do the deed one time only and that it wouldn't happen again, but of course famous last words, they didn't get each other out of their systems. and they eventually agreed to a sex-only situationship. with the forced proximity with solving the human trafficking issue and the constant sleep overs these two were having, the inevitable catching of feelings finally happened.

then the group had run out of ideas how to lure out the villain, and greta was hell-bent on using herself as the bait for this cartel leader and brute isn't happy with this. so he accidentally/purposely?? dropped the L-word because he couldn't imagine her being hurt in this so called plan of hers. greta was pissed because she thinks that he only dropped the l-word to change her mind, but brute explained that wasn't his purpose at all. then after listening to him, she also confessed that she's in love with him but was also annoyed that she caught feelings when right from the start they were very clear that it was a no-string setup.

i love the honesty between these two, there's no guessing game and they always say the things that they want/think/feel. they tell each other stories that they've never told other people. they were there for each other and have always got each other's back. i also like the maturity between them that they talk things out instead of letting days passed and the issue to fester.

however, i didn't feel the emotional connection between them in the first half of the book. most of their interactions were lust driven and at times i'm okay with that, but i do still need to feel that pull between them. it does pick up in the second part of the book though. i love the jealousy scenes and the caveman attitude. or how brute fell so hard and was willing to wait for greta to realize that what they had isn't something temporary. i was shocked with his love bomb, cuz i didn't see it coming in that particular scene. but i'm glad that greta didn't wait to admit her feelings too.

anyway, i liked it, well all of the books in this series were enjoyable to me, so i didn't expect anything less. the action, suspense, story flow, and the characters were written in so good. though i have to say that even this could be read as a standalone, i think readers would get confused with so many side characters in this book, most especially if they have never read any of the prior books. there were a lot of people and things happening in this story and honestly that could be a bit overwhelming.

overall, i did enjoy brute and greta's story. they were the couple i didn't see coming but i still enjoyed their book. 😄

Let me just start off by saying Kiana Hettinger did an amazing job grabbing my attention from the very beginning of Corrupted Sinner and I found myself unable to put the book down. I absolutely love the Mafia Kings: Corrupted Series by Kiana. There has not been a book that I didn't love and we are six books in with only one left until the series is complete. All the men of this series are alpha males through and through who know how to take care of business while protecting those they love. Their hearts are big and each man has their own cause. After I have read each book I always think, okay, this is my favorite book and this is my favorite mmc or couple. Kiana could not possibly write anything to trump this book and then she has to go and prove me wrong.

All of the characters in this series are dear to my heart and I love each and everyone of them. I don't know how Kiana does it, but I hope she never quits writing these books and series. When an author can continuously deliver an intriguing and original plot, with wonderful characters, plenty of action, lots of excitement, unpredictable moments, intimate scenes that can set the pages on fire, and makes it possible to feel the emotions in the story you know they are truly gifted and a master of words. Kiana has epitomized this over and over again with each of her books.

Brute and Greta are a perfect match - opposites that should not work, but somehow manage to balance one another out. The chemistry they share is explosive and I feel supersedes all of the previous couples. Kiana keeps the reader anticipating how and when Brute and Greta will cross the line to explore this thing building between them. What neither Brute or Greta anticipate is how the dynamic between them will forever be altered by giving into the temptation of their carnal desires.

Greta has a heart of compassion that drives her to put others before herself. One to the point where she is continuously taking risks that could end badly for her proving she is no damsel in distress. Greta is literally the female version of the night and shining armor. She is on a mission to rescue woman who are being trafficked and taking down those who are involved in this heinous crime. Greta is loyal to everyone in her circle and knows how to have fun on her down time. She has no room to be in a committed relationship so it is always meaningless hook ups. That is until Brute gets under her skin and she can't just wash him away.

Brute is the big bad president of the Old Dogs Motorcycle Club. He doesn't do committed relationships and only has time for frivolous one night stands. But, then Greta comes in like a hurricane changing the trajectory of the storm. Brute is a loyal leader and always protects those who can not protect themselves. He finds himself involved with and joining forces with mafia organizations to do just that and makes some trusted friends who repay the favor by having his back when needed. He has now woven himself in as a team player with this group of people when it comes to dangerous missions. Ones that require everyone to be involved if they are going to eradicate the evils of this world.

In this book the Costa's, the Luciano's, the Agossi's and Nacio as well as Brute Hastings find themselves being drawn in by the Dominguez Cartel who are beyond evil. They must come up with a plan, one that keeps them ahead of Dominguez as they seek to free innocent people who are being forced into the sex trafficking world and/or murdered never to be seen again. Dominguez has a plan that no one anticipated and very well may cost them everything - leading to the end of their rein. Will all of the big players survive this mission or will a few sacrifice themselves for the greater cause? This is definitely a book you do not want to miss.

The next book in the impressively written Corrupted Series. A young woman who’s part of the mafia and a biker who’s the president of a biker club are brought together to take down the head of a cartel but are soon brought together for more than a job.
Some of the mafia families have an alliance together, the families help the innocent that get caught up in the human trafficking that some of the mafia as well as the cartels do. The two start getting close while in Mexico and once home they run the guns together. The whole time getting closer but neither one of them wants a relationship. The biker gets a box of photos and gives them to the mafia that deals with that kind of stuff. That's when they find the note with symbols on it spelling out the name of the biker and it’s also the symbols on the girlfriend of the head of the cartel that the young woman met.
They go back to Mexico to find answers only to almost get picked up for guns. They leave but they bring back with them the biker’s sister to try to get information out of her. The sister doesn’t give out any information that’s helpful. During this time cartel men are going after the young woman. The young woman and the biker have sex several times and start to trust one another but they both still don't want a relationship. During this time they capture one of the cartel men and start asking him questions.
The young woman decides to put herself up as bait after two more cartel men try to get her, the biker doesn’t like what she’s planning on doing and after a heated discussion they tell each other how they feel. During this time they also find out from one of the heads of the mafia families that the head of the cartel isn’t who they have been meeting with but is the second in command.
The young woman thought she would be safe since she had a tracker in her but the head of the cartel knew of it so when he had his men grab her they took the tracker out of her but the biker thought that it would happen and after it did he went to his sister about what he knew and they made a deal, she had a tracker on the second in command that would lead them to him. They had men go to Mexico as a decoy so that the head of the cartel wouldn’t know that they knew what he was planning.
As some of the Mafia men as well as biker’s went to where the tracker of the second in command was located others went looking for cartel men and bombs that may have been set for them, they knew that the head of the cartel was wanting to take the mafia families down along with anyone who as in an alliance with them, they made sure everything was set before they went in to get the young woman.
The head of the cartel hurt the young woman but the injury wasn’t serious. The mafia alliance all came in to save her. The only one left alive was the second in command, the sister gave the information to save his life.
They had a party at the biker clubhouse and the young woman had one of the bikers make her a cut so that the biker could claim her. The head of one of the families took her outside to talk.
The biker took her to a lake, they talked and he took her to a house. When they got there he gave her papers saying the place is hers, he told her about the place before he picked her up to take her into the house. He took her to the dining room where he asked her to marry him and she said yes, she asked him one question before he gave her oral sex then he had sex with her.
The characters are outstanding, an amazing page turner. Superb book that has action, intrigue, thrills, suspense, as well as steamy romance a perfect happy ever after ending.

Don't like this author's way of writing, she doesn't actually create a story, just gives a premise idea then most of it is unnecessary and boring filler. I should say this is onmy the second book by her I've tried, the first was book 7 in this series. This is worse again because there was no beginning and no end, so it's like a section of a book instead, not a book.

That was only made worse because the two main characters don't meet in this book, they have already met in one or more of the previous books in this series, I dont know which ones because as I said I haven't read them any of the previous books.

Because I didn't enjoy the author's writing/story telling style, I kmew I wouldn't be reading the multiple previous books just to get snippets of the first meetings of the hero and heroine in this. So it was really irritating and felt liked I'd been made to miss out on the couples beginning and dropped into the middle of this story.

As for what is actually here, the "darling" got really irritating eeally fast, by 8% it was pretty much every sentence of dualogue he spoke to her. It was bad. Author's really should read through their own books at least once, because repetition like that stands out a mile as annoying reading and should have been corrected.

But the biggest problem was this was painfully boring. As with the only other book I've read by this author, book 7 in this series, this author writes tedious and unimportant scenes and drags them out over entire chapters. I gave up reading after only a couple of pages the first time, then gave up again another twice before 10%. That's how painfully boring this was. Finally DNF before 30%.

Started with intense emotions and continued into what led up to the action packed start. I found the characters to be entertaining, fun and easy to like. The MFC was a strong, badass and made the story so much worth the read. The way she handle situations and the way she went after her goals made the story so much more intense and kept me as a reader guessing and wanting to know what happens. The MMC was rather tough, endearing and interesting. His relation with the MFC was entertaining, especially how he tries to not want her yet want her all the same. After all she was meant for him.

The author did a wonderful job at this story, especially with the plot twists and how she kept the reader wanting more, guessing and hoping for the best.

I love the sexy innuendos and scenes. This was totally a worthy read.

Kiana Hettinger’s ‘Corrupted Sinner’ is the 6th book and it is a heck of a ride! Greta and Brute are forces on their own but together they BURN! Sexually they are a match that is volatile, decadent, and beautiful! Their story is full of danger, intrigue, and mysteries resolved. Greta is an extremely intelligent woman with a very strong will and sense of duty. Brute is as interesting: strong, protective, and an excellent President.

Kiana brings these characters to life and orchestrates a huge amount of detail with a very deft hand. The plot, narrative, and dialogue is designed to develop and describe their lives, personalities, and motivations. Greta is like a wrecking ball with a brain and Brute is a man who appreciates her enthusiasm while protecting her. Neither planned a forever relationship and that makes theirs even better! Loved it!.

Wow what a great read! Corrupted Sinner is the 6th book of the Mafia Kings Series. This is Greta and Brute’s story. Brute who is president of the MC Old Dogs who doesn’t believe in long term relationships. Greta who is a bad ass woman who doesn't take anything from anyone. This is a well written story that dives in depth with detailed scenes, twists and turns, emotions, desires and more, and a slow build up for the couple but boy do they have chemistry. I was sad to see this story end I wanted to read more about these two. I’m hoping we can catch up with Greta and Brute in the next book Corrupted Seduction which is Amadeo’s story.

I love this couple Greta is a badass strong woman who will do anything and everything to bring the Mexican cartel justice. Evidence lands in Brute hands, suspicious photos of people, possibly kidnapped or human trafficking and he has Greta, and her friends look into. He's the president of the MC Old Dogs who doesn’t believe in long term relationships. He's always been attracted to Greta, but she's too young for him. I love the passion and chemistry between them. I love seeing characters from previous books work together to bring this cartel down. This is a story fast paced filled with danger, suspense, secrets with plenty twists and turns to keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat. This story has suspense, danger, secrets, dark romance, betrayal, Mafia romance, Cartel, Bikers, alpha males, and a strong, kickass female lead. This story grabs you and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Greta is working hard to bring the Mexican Cartel down. Brute ends up getting photos of kidnapped or human-trafficked people and he asks Greta to find out what's going on. Brute is the president of the Old Dogs MC and even though he has been attracted to Greta he doesn't believe in happy ever afters. These two have amazing chemistry and passion and watching Brutes fall in love with Greta. I highly recommend this story.

Wow, this book is definitely a page turner while your hanging on to the edge of your seat, the story was full of twist and turns, action, suspense, danger, violence, killings, kidnapping, lies, enemies, secrecy, trafficking, Mafia, Domínguez cartel, Old Dogs Motorcycle Club, and the characters Brute and Greta you have instant attraction, Obsession, lust, pleasure, passion, and many more emotions throughout the story. Brute needs to rescue his sister while Greta is trying to rescue the young girls that have been taken.

It's one hell of a hurricane! 🌀😍❤️‍🔥

So much anxiety in this book. The back and forth between Brute and Greta, but also the anxiety of knowing what's to come, but not knowing drove me wild in this one. I have read all of the Corrupted Series, and Brute and Greta's story is my favorite. It's like a hurricane, you know it's going to be catastrophic but you can't help but stand in the rain waiting for it.
Each time a new book came out I went back to read from the beginning. I only wish there were audibles so I could listen to them over and over again. ❤️‍🔥 Phenomenal Series! Can't wait to read Corrupted Seduction and any others that are hopefully coming next!

This is the 6th book in this author’s Mafia Kings: Corrupted Series. This story is very emotional/stressful with many angsty moments. The story follows Brute and Greta. Great is determined to take down all the men involved with human trafficking. She's currently working side by side with not only several mafia families but a MC as well. This must be erased. Brute is a gorgeous example of a man and he’s also the president of the MC. This story is filled with ups and downs, twists, push/pull scenario’s. Compelling story, excellent.

Loved this book. We get to see Brute who is the president of the MC and Greta and do this two have so much to give. Greta is still the bad ass women how doesn't take anything from anyone and Brute is trying to stay away from her but the two have to find the person that is behind all the traffic girls. These two people have there own issues that they need to work through. But the end is always there. I would Recommend. I hated to see this series end or is it? I did see at the end we have another coming and it is the one I have been waiting for.

Corrupted Sinner is book #6 of the Mafia Kings: Corrupted series. I keep saying this, but THIS is my favorite book of the series. Greta is mafia, fulfilling a dying wish. Brute is a bad biker who clashes with Greta, until he doesn't. This story is spicy, spicy, spicy! Lots of twists and turns that keep you entranced!
Check for trigger warnings, but know all these issues are handled with great care. I couldn't put this one down. So good!.

Wow! Books by Kiana Hettinger always satisfy and this is no exception. The story is filled with so much action, suspense, and so many plot twists it will keep your head spinning. And steam? Oh yeah.

I love these characters! When Greta and Brute get together, they make an unstoppable force in their fight for victims of the cartel. And after they give in to their mutual attraction they ignite a wildfire that neither of them can ignore. I'm hoping this series continues.

After promising to complete a girl's dying wish, Greta is set to take down another enemy who uses innocent people as pawns to his sick game. While Brute was sent a box full of random pictures that is connected to Greta’s mission. The chemistry between the two was great. The pairing threw me off for a moment but it worked. Loved to finally read about Greta and her back story.

This was already the last part of the great Mafia Kings: Corrupted series. I enjoyed the story of Brute and Greta, their story and the attraction and chemistry pulls you in and holds your attention. The author has given us a delightful story and this is highly recommended. If you like mafia stories then this is definitely one you should read.

This is the sixth book in the Mafia Kings series written by Kiana Hettinger. The main characters in the book are Brute, the president of the Old Dogs MC and Greta is a sassy, hard, mafia woman who doesn’t take crap from anyone. This is a hot and spicy read with lots of twists and turns that keeps you on an emotional roller coaster ride. I really had a hard time putting this book down.

Hard ass female meets hard ass Pres

Greta was an enigma, hard as nails... vicious when necessary and devious.
Brute was fascinated by her, was she for real or was he mistaken.

Tornados and volcanos

I liked how crazy Brute and Greta were. Controlled( or not so controlled) violence with loyalty and determination. There was syndicate cooperation against the cartels that brought back characters from previous books that was interesting.This was a good continuation to a good series.Excellent story.

Brute is a man that doesnt do love, hes seen the pain it caused and is nothing but a one done kinda man.
Greta is head strong and independent, she's seen a lot of horrors of the world through helping saving victims of trafficking by Cartels.
When a box of photos is delivered to Brute he expects a visit from Gabe but instead gets Greta, could working together bring them closer? Or will hidden pasts resurface and tear them apart?
Well written the story dives in depth with detailed scenes, twists and turns, emotions, desires and more, a slow build up for the couple but boi do they have chemestry! A great addition to the series!.

Stonking

Waited patiently for Greta’s book and it didn’t disappoint. Brute was the perfect choice. Love their bond, their give and take. Screaming … HOT. But this whole series is a most read and reread. Loved it.
