About the author

Jimmy lives in South Africa and is the published author of many magazine and newspaper articles and two self-help books. He is married and on early retirement and now devotes all his time to studying, writing and talks (including radio interviews)on his books as well as emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. Jimmy is a trained trauma counsellor with many years of experience and has postgraduate qualifications in philosophy and psychology. He has just completed work for his MA Degree in cognitive psychology (pending).
