Photos are of the actual book you will receive. There is a spill stain on the cover maybe the size of a softball but it does not impact anything text wise. The front and back paperback has typical wear and tear. The inside pages are perfect. This is the book I used to pass the CPCU 500 exam and it was purchased brand new. Comes from a non-smoking home with no pets. No writing or highlighting inside the book.
