Excellent - it would be interesting to see a revised edition to compare details from the time of publishing to the present day and comment on changes implemented in the past 15 years.

Easily rates alongside Colin Mason's "A Short History Of The Future - Surviving The 2030 Spike" and James Martin's "The Meaning Of The 21st Century" and more recently David Attenborough's "A Life On Our Planet".

More directly relates to climate change issues for New Zealand and hopefully has been read by all politicians and civic leaders as well as business leaders.

Contains a couple of appendices; 'A Cimatre Change Briefing For Local Government' supplied by rhe Ministry for the Environment and 'Summary Of Climate Change Science And Impacts' supplied ny NIWA.
