Keith Howell has been coaching youth in Arlington, Texas since 1989. He was the commissioner and lead offical of Mt. Olive Youth Basketball League for 9 years. The league had as many as 250 boys and girls involved in this positive experience. He lead the Arlington Hornets of the Boys Club to three city championships and two North Texas Regional Championships. The team had a winning streak of 40 games in a row during one stretch. He is the Founder/President of Goals-2-Score, Inc. which is an organization that develops basketball players through select teams and individual training classes. Over the last 15 years, numerous players have earned college scholarships through the program. G2S Magic Elite select basketball program is recognized as one of the best in Texas for preparing players for college basketball. He and his son Jarrett founded G2S ProVision to assist more athletes in reaching their goals and dreams. He is the host of G2S Trash Talk, a new radio show that discusses high school and select basketball in Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex. Keith was awarded the Business Community Award in 2007 from the National Association of Black Accountants and National Black MBA Association, Dallas Chapters, for his service to young people while helping them with the game of life through the game of basketball. He was selected as one of ten finalists from four thousand contestants in the Ford Taurus Top Ten Award “Come With It”� contest in 2010.
His sons, Keith Douglas and Jarrett, have used the lessons learned in the game of basketball to carve out their own careers. Keith Douglas is a basketball player turned actor. Jarrett is one of the rising point guards in European Professional Basketball in Romania.
