Another book full of mostly scientific trivia. In general, entertaining and interesting, though lacking anything to set it apart from other books of this sort.
Oh, and if you are wondering what the answer is to the title's question - yes, you can, though it all depends on the angle and although you could survive, you might be impaired in several ways.

Disappointing. Most of the questions aren't that interesting. And even worse, most of them do not have definitive answers. SPOILER ALERT: Yes, you can drill a hole through your head and survive. But don't try it at home.
