OMG! This was super hard! No patterns as such. I need a lot of visual patterns to show me how to do something and this book was really low on visual patterns. Lots of math, lots of verbal patterns. Ugh. I will not be checking this book out again.

Not a bad book, but not a pattern enriched knowledge filled tome either. I did find some small but HIGHLY useful tricks and ideas that made what I already know easier to do. Do not espect bead by bead instructions and you'll like the book.
