I skimmed through this book (which I won as a door prize at a recent SharePoint Saturday conference). It didn't contain enough information on Enterprise Search relevant to my work, so I passed it on to our web developer.

If anyone can suggest or recommend a good book on SharePoint Enterprise Search (MOSS 2007), it would be greatly appreciated.

Good reference guide that shows solutions to common problems. It does not provide examples of great SharePoint sites for different projects or businesses.
