This was the primary book I used when I was learning how to make bread.

Published in 2003 this Author was already aware of Gluten-free bread options.

Sara Lewis added the following recipes for Gluten-free breads:
* Spiced apple bread,
* Apricot, cranberry and pumpkin seed bread,

* Pumpkin and chili bread
