Excellent

Excellent pudding recipes using the kind of ingredients you may already have or are readily available. Used lots of fruit. All recipes and techniques needed are clearly explained and beautifully photographed. The only pudding book you will need. Can't wait to try them!

Lots of British desserts, lots of fruit additions almost in every recipe, not for beginners, there is a variation for every recipe and some frozen desserts.
