this book is really informative on the basics of what physics is and gives you everything down to the smallest detail. before you start reading this book its good to have first taken a couple of classes of trigonometry to help you better understand the math incorporated in physics. over all i found that i was able to understand everything that was going on in the book and i was able to retain all the information because of the extra practice questions that where given to review each chapter.

Helped with physics though not a ton. Great for learning concepts but not so much on help with medium-hard/more complicated problems.
