Borrowed several times from the library to answer a question. Would be an excellent way to get to know Drupal step-by-step -- not what I needed it for.

I really liked this book because it was useful and helpful. I found some pictures very handy to build my own site, and I liked the information about modules. It is a great attempt to compile a lot of information about this great web site building tool.
