Looking for your favorite new post-apocalyptic story? Welcome home.

Encircle Energy has developed a new, non-toxic fracking formula, launching it across dozens of drill sites around the world, promising a revolution to the old, dirty way of drilling for shale oil.

When massive explosions ripple across the world, it’s clear that something has gone terribly wrong with the new chemical - and the damage isn’t stopping just at the drill sites themselves.

As the world reels from the spread of the fires and detonations, the head of Encircle attempts to hide - but a reporter whose family died in the blasts is on his tail, and will stop at nothing to seek out her revenge.

Meanwhile, the fires and earthquakes trap a reclusive artist with her abusive ex-husband - and separated from her daughter who she is desperate to reach at any cost.

From the #1 best-selling post-apocalyptic author Mike Kraus, writing with DC Layton, comes a terrifying post-apocalyptic survival thriller tale that won’t let you sleep until you devour every last page.

Thank you for the summary of the previous books in the series. I always find these so helpful. There is a lot of movement for all of the groups and there is a hint of a connection with Evelyn/Sandy and the scientist who may be able to stop the destruction. It has been clear that most of the groups are trying to reach Jen's Harmony Ranch, and that includes the execrable Martinez group. I look forward to the next book.

shock point book 6

Oh oh, shock point is the word. Our teams are slowly getting to their destinations. Worn out, tired and hungry. But not all is well. More to come in book 7.

Another good read. I was getting mixed up with all the names to start with. It did not take me long to catch on. Well written.
