Kodai School Class of '68: American Kids Growing up in India

Rate this book
A missionary boarding school in the mountains of Southern India in the 1960s is quite an exotic setting for any story. Throw in a bunch of bilingual kids whose parents came from North America and Europe--and a few other nations--and you’ve got exotic characters in an adventure-filled world. That is just the beginning of an epic storyline that will amaze, amuse, confound, entertain, mystify, and edify. These dramatic and heartfelt tales play out against the backdrop of the world’s most populace and varied nation, during the turbulent time when India gained its independence and forged its new democratic identity.

My mom attended Kodai International School as a missionary kid; this was a great window to her childhood. Thank you Paul and class of '68!
