Ghost month tells the harrowing tale of four North Americans living as emmigrants in Taiwan, circa 1992. Tasked with a ghoulish undertaking, Len Stewart sets across Taiwan on motorcycle with his brother, a second to his task, and a fourth to their party, unknown to them. As they drive through the mountains of Taiwan from Chungli in the north to Kaoshiung in the south they are each confronted by unsettled inner demons that surface in the eigth month of the lunar calendar, exacerbated by the tension of their slowly unfolding ghoulish task.
