Good ideas but not carried out well. I've said this many, many times....if you are an author in a different country but you want to write a book about a town in the US then have someone in that area proof read it for you...if not don't bother. Memphis is only a few hours from where I live and have stopped there on a road trip before. Plus every page had something either left out, misspelled or no idea what she was talking about...ex: below.

:I can feel the sweat start to run down my back and between my breast . The Las Vegas heat is finally getting to me. I can't run the engine so I can put the aircon on as well that will draw attentions to the fact that I'm sitting in my car watching the rapist prick of a skip smoke outside of a run down seedy bar at the outskirts of Vegas.
: "You touched my woman. You will pay for that." I want just before you plough my fist into him with the knuckle dusters I had slipped on.
: Proudly wearing my property cut and getting more to be a little like herself every day.
: I spot stood among the mourners, Powertrain from the mother chapter with Plague and Blow from Central Texas.
: They drive us over too quickly and we back down to earth with a bump.
Not a single y'all or ya'll.

This is just a few examples...it threw me out of the story so much I almost didn't finish it. I'm not trying to be ugly just to write a bad review... I understand most books are not perfect....it would be like me trying to write a book about a town/city in another country. This book was only 70 pages. Like I said before the author had good ideas to start a new chapter for the Royal Bastards MC but please seek help with the language of an area you don't know about. I plan to read this authors next book in this series.

I loved meeting the Memphis Chapter of the Royal Bastards MC. I was a little off put by the dialect. But I can't wait to read more from the RBMC!

This book was a short and sweet introduction to the Memphis chapter. Reign sets the the ground work for more books to come and gets you invested in their story. There is no club business in this book, just more of a background story.
I look forward to where this author is taking this chapter of the RBMC.

He has loved her from afar, but let her go to sleep her wings. Tragedy hits and she comes home and into his arms. Definitely enjoyed the first book of this author. Looking forward to more!

Short sweet and simple

This short story is great. It pulls you in right away. As the heat turns up at the end of the story I am left to wonder what will happen next.
This is a new to me author so I am happy to say that I will be looking for more from them..

It would have been a 5 star, but it's a cliffhanger. Could be triggers for some. The blurb doesn't specify it is, also, don't know if some of the writing is errors, but some of the lines didn't sound right.

New RBMC Chapter

So excited for this chapter to be out. Reign pres has held his club but now hopes he didn't wait to long to claim his girl. During a monumental event the club loses one of their Honorary Fathers and his kids are big parts of the club. Banjo makes a big impact across the RBMC as a whole. Now that he has been laid to rest Reign shoots his shot only to find out there is more danger coming to the club. And they are coming for his Queen.
Very short book pretty much just an intro to what is to be expected. Can't wait to continue the story.

Not a very long story but quite moving and emotional. Raven is strong and independent but finds that isn't always enough to stay safe, news she gets adds to her emotional state. Reign was fabulous, strong and supportive and really showed that through his actions. Love the RBMC stories and this was my first by this author but I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more. Well written with a nice steady pace a little bit of action and lots of love. Note this is only the start of the story and it continues in Reign's Queen

Great story

Love the story line, the characters, the Memphis Club. The chemistry between Reign and Raven felt true and Reign’s protectiveness and support of Raven was well told. Claire Shaw, welcome to RBMC! Well done … almost. Editing is badly needed. Missing and wrong words, wrong and missing punctuation - all I wanted to do was clean it up. But I loved the story and the characters, but details are important too.

Reign and Raven story

A shorty but action packed story. Little spice.
Teiggers: sa, death of a love one.
Reign prez of the Memphis chapter. When his brother find out his father had a stroke. They need to find Raven Tyes sister to say her goodbyes.
Raven a bounty hunter her skip get the jump on her and another chapter helps her out. She always loved Reign with her nightmares and deal with her father passing will she let her guard down and give into her feeling.

Expected more

Storyline was good but there were so many grammatical errors that it was a little hard to get into the swing of things. I think the series can be a good one, but please donate better job of proofreading and correction. As part of the Royal Bastards collection I expect better.

Awesome start

Wow!! This is a definite cliffhanger but can't wait for Reigns Queen. Reign and Raven have secretly crushed on each other for years but never acted on it. Now that Raven's dad is gone and Reign has Raven here with him he is not letting her go. She is beyond happy Reign feels the same for her as she feels for him.

It's 2 damn short!! Don't charge over 1.00 4 a book that's less than 100 pgs. That's a damn rip off!!!! It was sad but it was pretty good after u get over the biggest sad part there is. I was disappointed when it finally started getting good and interesting it ended 4 no reason and it left me with a few unanswered questions.

Reign is the President of the Royal Bastards Memphis Chapter. Raven has ties to the club as well and has her eyes on Reign forever. When Raven is called back home she and Reign finally find their way to each other. Of course their happiness is short lived when trouble follows.

needs a serious proofreader!

OMG I made it to chapter 3 before i gave it up, misspelled words, sentences missing words, misspelled character name ( Tyres/ Tres). So many sentences that are missing words that it reads like a grade schooler wrote it. TG its a KU. DNF.

This story was epic. Raven and Reing are soul mates, and when tragedy strikes, they finally come together. This story is RBMC at its best. It has a happily ever after and cliffhanger. Can't wait to read the next book.
