Good... very good!
This was Facet's and Willow's book. I don't really know what to say about this book without giving too much away. Neither of the main FMC nor the MMC are what they think they are. Let's just say it has a more paranormal vibe than anything else.

Kristine really knocked it out of the park with Facet! Facet is the tech guy for the Ankeny, IA RBMC which is an MC in which all of its members have paranormal abilities. Facet and Willow have tons of sparks, right from the beginning, and while his mother's multiple marriages have left a bad taste in his mouth for relationships, sometimes you just can't walk away. That is certainly the case for Facet and Willow. Great storyline with interesting lore, tons of action and suspense, and a great little twist all kept my attention until the end. The chemistry between them was fantastic and the smexy times super hot. Great read and I'm really hoping Daddy get's his own book 🥵, lol!

My special bikers are back again, but this time, it's our sexy nerdy tech guy. For some reason, this chapter always has me on the edge of my seat. I love these two together, Willow maybe come off as shy, but when it came to Facet, she went full throttle. I have lots of questions, and I'm definitely going to beg about Seamus🥵😈

I got stuck in the Kristine Allen reading vortex again meaning I lost all track of time while reading this book. The story with its plot twist was an amazing story with its glorious characters. This book shows also how an authors writing can be just be addicting in any book you read by this author.I cant wait for more books in this series( there better bee 😂😂).

I think Facet by Kristine Allen in her Royal Bastards MC: Ankeny Chapter is my new favorite out of this series. This one blew my mind a bit. I'm used to the paranormal being mixed in with Kristine's books I've read but not like in this one. This book had mythology, love, heartbreak, spicy, betrayal and lies, happiness and sadness. It had it all and was written so amazingly.
Facet is the hacker for his RBMC chapter and has never believed in love or that it would be for him. He had an instant attraction to Willow but fought it from the start. Willow came to the MC because she was told they could help her find her real family. She learned she was adopted when her mom died and took off to find where she came from. When she met Facet it was love at first sight for her and she finally took a chance. When Facet's parents show up that's when trouble starts. I felt so bad for both of them. They are orphans in the world just needing to know where they came from. For Facet it's a little more serious since he's starting to be able to do things that scare him and he doesn't understand it.
I gave this book a 5-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. The characters pulled me in as much as the story. I loved how mythology was mixed with the storyline. I didn't see that coming at all. And how his brothers rallied around Facet to support him and Willow showed how much they have each other's back. Life did Facet and Willow wrong in horrible ways and it was nice to see they finally found their paths and did it together. There's so much more I want to say but I don't want to give spoilers so I'll just say READ it!! You'll love it!

There is just something about the nerdy MC Tech guys that make an awesome romance read and Ms. Allen’s Facet is all that and more. Add in the fact he’s the tech guy for the Ankeny IA RBMC, you know those guys that all seem to have a “special gift”, and you have a phenomenal MC Romance with a paranormal twist. The relationship between Facet and Willow has sparks flying in all directions, but thanks to his mother’s 7 or 8 marriage, he knows better than to start something up with her and risk hurting her. So he tries to love her from afar. But when Willow takes matters into her own hands, both their lives are going to be turned upside down and inside out. Their connection sets off a chain of events that will have you gripping your ereader and flipping the pages as fast as you can read to see what’s going to happen next (at least it did for this reader).
I can’t recommend this well written, sexy, MC romance (with a paranormal twist), enough. All I can say is grab it up asap and if you haven’t started this chapter of the RBMC, you really should. It’s a Total Must Read Series.

Nothing is as it seems with Facet's story. I loved everything about this story. From the first page to the last, I was captured by everything Facet and Willow. One reveal after another, kept me on the edge of my seat, trying to figure it all out. I got one guess right. One!
Facet and Willow have been fighting their desire for a while, and one night, what was stopping them is no longer there. The way their worlds expand, simply by being physical, it's powerful. They both feel the change in the air around them, and it's only the beginning of what their being together means. We also learn who they both are. I loved watching their souls come together because that's what it was. It was as if you were standing right there, watching them become one.
Their relationship is stronger than it should be in such a small amount of time, but as you learn more about who they are, it makes sense.
And that plot twist?! Yeah, I didn't see it coming at all.
I absolutely loved everything about this story, but I think most of all, I love how passionate and powerful these two are.

I knew Damien would live up to his name and I wasn't disappointed!! What a fantastic story. This is one of my favorite series and this story just proves why it's so amazing.
Facet's story was complex and intriguing. He was such a great character and I loved how he was willing to do anything to protect Willow. The great thing with this story was not only do we get a mystery with Facet we also get a mystery with Willow and together we get the whole club involved. It was a fantastic way of world building and weaving the whole story together.
I really liked Willow. She knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go for it. I would have liked a little slower burn instead of the insta-love but that's just personal preference.
This is tied for my favorite of the series along with Voodoo. It was such a good story with amazing characters who you can't help but love. It was interesting and emotional with exciting surprises. I love how the author superbly twists elements of the supernatural into a touching, dirty, high action, MC romance novel. That’s not an easy feat to accomplish. Let’s just say that I’ve been curious about Facet for forever, and especially what his special “talents” are. We learn so much about Facet’s background and his growing and unrelenting obsession with Willow. Willow is a sweet girl that we met back in Cooke/Sage/Raptor’s book. She’s had a hard life and is on the run from her adoptive father and trying to find her biological family. There’s a lot of twists, secrets, and danger in this book - also sadness. Also, I think it’s safe to say that a certain Big Daddy needs his own book - please and thank you ( when you read the book you’ll know what I’m referencing). It’s always a delight to see our favorite characters interacting in the MC. I couldn’t put this book down and read it in one night.

Wow! Facet my goodness. If you're familiar with the fabulous works of Kristine Allen then you know that Facet is this shy-sounding, geeky, nerdy, and quiet man of the Ankeny Chapter of RBMC. Anything that goes wrong with the camera and computer systems he's the one they call, if anyone goes missing or they must dig into one's past again he's the one to call. He's the freakin best at his job. But this man is one fine and sexy being with some dark secrets and secrets not of his own. Some wicked turn of events! Facet and Willow are amazing, somehow with the turn of events they both find the truth behind covered-up pasts. This book is just absolutely amazing, I love how the plot unfolded. From the first page to the last, it was just awesome.
I 100% would recommend FACET if you're a fan of the paranormal realm, action, some drama, bikers, and some hot romance.

Facet’s story was the one that I’ve been waiting for this whole series! The way he was described throughout the series and his ability to do just about anything had me wanting to know more about him, so I was super excited for this book. Willow is a young girl who works at the clubhouse and cooks and cleans. But Facet is highly attracted to her. Once they hook up though, drastic, and incredible changes, start to happen to both of them. In order to find out what it means, Facet consults his “ mother” to help him figure out what’s going on. When she uses blood magic to call his father to the scene, Facet knows that’s something is it right. But even that doesn’t prepare him for what’s to come!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I so enjoyed this story. It is amazing how I can get lost and nothing else matters (almost nothing) until I finish the book. This was easy to lose myself in. A nerd finds his love and gets clarity in his parents. She finds information about her life, finally the truth about her heritage, and regains her not so memorable memories of her adopted parents. Justice is served to several unsavory characters, and an HEA is obtained. Story is told without cheating and no cliffhanger. Highly recommend book and the series. I loved the supernatural aspects to this series. More…please

Willow and Facet open a HUGE can of worms and let me tell you, EVERYTHING goes up in smoke. I love these characters and I love their journey. The chemistry between them is over the top HOT! It's definitely one more wild ride! This author takes us on an adventure like nothing before. Buckle up and get ready for a read that will consume you and keeps you glued to the pages from beginning to end.

Wow!! I know the Ankeny chapter is special with all the different gifts they have but DAMN facet takes special gifts to a whole nother level. Being raised and thinking your mom is a not so there parent and only interested in her next husband and not having a dad around and then finding out all that Facet found out just blows your mind. Then Willow keeps throwing herself at Facet. She thinks he will never act and she will never get a chance with him. Boy is she sure in for a surprise.

Another great installment
I love her paranormal mc series. There were definitely a few places where she could have fleshed the story out a bit, but the characters are well developed, and the story is engaging. This will definitely be added to my read again pile.
Facet finally gives in to his pull towards Willow due to his fears of entanglement from his mother's many marriages. She's been fighting the same pull because she thought he didn't like her at all. Both find out shocking things about their own histories, but the club helps them deal with the fallout.

This is one of my favorite series ever and having Facet’s story just adds my to love for it. I was totally taken with the revelation of what Facet is! I wasn’t expecting that at all. Willow is a great character, strong and determined. Having the whole club searching for her birth parents and not come up with anything was shocking because let’s face it, there’s not much they can’t do. So when the true transpired it started to put the puzzle pieces together. And I love that we got to meet some new characters! I would love more on Seamus ;)!

Awesome Series!
My review not only covers Facet but the whole series! This is because Allen has done a beautiful job of weaving all the storylines together (note: they can be read individually) and it becomes an addiction to get to the next book. A really good addiction, the characters and subject matter will blow you away. Please take the time and money (it's worth it) to read these books, you will not be disappointed. Five star rating. Get ready to be blown away. Ps, the are in the Kindle unlimited library. Fyi.

Can’t say enough good things about this book and series. You get it all! Seduction, lust, power, greed, family and loyalty. Facet and Willow come on fast and go strong. There is nothing this man won’t do for the woman he loves and his family blood or not. However, he won’t tolerate someone trying to cause harm to those close to him. Kristine Allen takes us on the journey through every emotion and twists and turns that ends how they all should. Highly recommend

Not what it seems to be
Omg, I am in love with this story. Facet and Willow found everything that they needed in each other. When Facet was unsure about everything Willow was there to lift him up and vice versa.
I loved the way that the plot didn't waver in any way, that it stayed true to the story. I love the Ankeny chapter therefore its easy to fall in love with the story.
The author has given her readers another book in the Ankeny RBMC.

Facet tried to keep himself in check around Willow but fate had other ideas. If you believe in love at first sight then you will love this story. Facet/Damien grew up not knowing how he came to be the way he is and when all is revealed things get crazy for all involved. Can they eradicate the evil surrounding them ? Read this and find out. Kristine Allen has such a way with words you feel like you are part of her stories.

This book is HOT!!! I’ve always looked at Facet through this series as the kind of nerdy tech guy, but holy cow there is a lot more to him! Willow is running from a situation and found a safe haven with the MC, but the one that she wants won’t give her the time of day. But when facet finally decides that she is his, the chemistry explodes off the page! This series seriously gets better with each book and I love it!

Phenomenal read. Each addition to this series just gets better. Facet's story had me captivated from start to finish. I loved the paranormal aspects in this one because they where quiet surprising. I mean yes these stories each have their own twist with the paranormal but this one was the icing on the cake. Some I saw while others not so much. I also liked how the story and events were woven together giving just enough to keep your attention. Absolute must read.

Oh my goodness! Facet and Willow are the perfect couple. Facet fkghts the attraction as long as he possibly can. But when Willow does away with his reasoning he finally caves. These two are together through thick and thin and come out on the other side stronger than before.
Kristine Allen is such a wonderful author and I always look forward to her upcoming books.

Wow!! What a read!! I love this Chapter of the Royal Bastards MC and Facet has fascinated me since the beginning. Who knew what he was hiding?! Well, he certainly didn't!! Lol!
