Actually this book is about one very simple exercise that can be explained in one page so if you are one of those who just want to get on with it you can just google super brain yoga on youtube and start doing the exercise without having to read the book.

I am giving this one star first and will do try to the exercise consistently to see its effects. If it is effective, then I would up the star power : )

While the ancient exercise discussed in this book holds much merit, the anecdotal studies are not so convincing. I did find the description of the different chakras very informative and useful, and look forward to learning more about pranic healing.

This book, like many others by Choa Kok Sui, is a collection of excerpts copied from other books by the author, with a strange and not very fluid edition. It separates some random paragraphs by numbers without any logic, leaving the reading truncated. It is also repetitive and mechanical, where it seems to copy identical passages in various parts of the book. In terms of content, it covers a simple practice where you cross your arms at chest height and squeeze your ear lobes with your thumbs and index fingers, breathing slowly while doing squats for 14 or 21 times. It could be explained in a single page.
If it were a better written and edited book, fluid and without too many repetitions, I might give it more stars, but unfortunately that's not the case. It seems that whoever edited this title has never read a book in their life.

A concise and insightful book that thoroughly explains the way Super Brain Yoga can improve health - both mentally and physically, all backed up with fascinating case studies and illustrations.

This book provides a wonderful way to strengthen the mental faculties, plus it introduces the basic concepts behind/relating to SuperBrain Yoga. I highly recommend that parents teach this to their children.

Juts finished reading the Farsi translation of the book.
If you have decided to buy this book, I suggest you only look up the title on Youtube and do that simple exercise.
