Written by the first Mr. Olympia, Larry Scott gives us a book with so many insights into building a complete physique, as well as overcoming weaknesses, that you'll want to read it a couple times. I keep coming back to it years later for inspiration and to renew my workouts. It's not just about big arms, but big hearts and minds as well.
