Eternal Victim, Eternal Victor

Rate this book
Donnie, a Grammy-Award winning singer, minister, and songwriter, shares from his heart how God can take hurting people--despite their shortcomings--and heal their lives. Donnie writes candidly about his troubled and abusive childhood, the trouble it caused in his adult life, and how he was healed and set free to be an eternal victor instead of an eternal victim.

Extremely inspiring story of this man's life. I did cry because of the events that took place in his childhood. Amazing how God can turn our tragedies into triumphs. An excellent book.

Chapter 7

Good Spiritual Read. – Important Point – As long as there is a struggle, then there is a spark of life. Without struggle, there is no fight left in the person there are no more challenges.

Struggle is a combat and deals with two entities – good and the bad, right and the wrong, success and the failure. Struggle is a natural part of life and should not be viewed negatively. It makes life worth living.

P.S. – I see my struggles as blessings for my edification and improvement.

Eternal victim/eternal Victor. It's a story of triumph over evil.It shows us that it matters what you see and how you see it.The book teaches and reminds everyone who comes across challenges, that they don't come to break you,but to grow you.Even then its a choice that you have to make.
The author faced so many challenges growing up,but its not written all over his face. He's loved and adored by fans and ministers all over the world. He never let anything pull him down.Amen
