Very organized book but few advices are outdated, like the author mentions teenagers treated like adults and should be given "their" privacy. They are not short heighted adults, therefore they shouldn't be treated like adults, and there shouldn't be secrets at home. For the First Aid part, illustrations are needed. Otherwise it is a helpful book.
