I started reading this thinking it would be nice and dry and help me fall asleep quickly at night. Instead I read it in two nights because it was so fasinating. The only thing that would have made it better would have been diagrams to help better visualize the techniques described.

Well written with a lot of practical tips. Would have been even better with diagrams to help explain the more complex procedures.

I love this book since the introduction - the cases presented are excellent for all kinds of businesses, not just book selling.
