My favorite part of this volume in the series is when Sui became a huge slime. I mean, who doesn’t like giant, cute slimes?
Who would you suggest this book to?
I think this book would be great for anyone who isn’t burnt out on the isekai genre, likes cooking (mainly Japanese food), and likes a light-hearted cozy fantasy story.
What is your general opinion/ rating of this book?
This was a fun and cozy read. The party finally arrives at Karelina. I love the dynamic Mukoda, Fel, and Sui have going on. Each one of them just keeps leveling up. Another member joins their party. Dora is a cute pixie dragon, and I think it’s funny how Mukoda is kind of forced to take on a powerful familiar. Poor Ninrir, she isn’t the only goddess getting goods now. Them eating giant spiders was really gross, but I just made myself think of them as land crabs. Personally, I enjoyed this book, but it’s hard to recommend it because of how low-stakes and repetitive it can be. I’ve decided to read the whole series. (I just finished reading the last book. Now I just need to catch up on my reviews.)
