Highly recommended book for anyone who teaches college-level teaching. It really gets into the interpersonal dynamics of the classroom. We read this in my "Teaching of Popular Fiction and Writing" graduate course at Seton Hill. http://fiction.setonhill.edu

Good overview of teaching techniques. Slightly outdated in the tech department, but that's minor.
