Speaking as someone reading for Japanese practice, I found this pretty funny and entertaining! Very simple vocabulary with some very cute illustrations accompanying. Those looking for readings with kanji might find the mostly-kana prose here disappointing, but everything else about this is pretty delightful. I'd love to read more of Hara's work.
