Table Rock was the last novel Les Savage finished. The first half of the novel is a character study of a young kid who is nervous and unsure of himself, and second half is more of a mystery/suspense story as the kid has grown up and searches for the man who murdered his parents. This is more psychological than the typical Western of the mid-20th century.
