Krapp's Last Tape was one of my favorites. A wonderful performance in Minneapolis' Jungle Theater paired with Diary of a Madman (starring Kevin Kling) will forever stand out in my memory as the pinnacle of one-acts.

I like Godot a lot better than Krapp's Last Tape. Godot is one of the most interesting plays you can read about virtually nothing. Larry David must have been influenced by this at some point in his career.
