Stokes does a wonderful job covering all kinds of information on common mammals. I pull this out every time I find tracks in the snow or scat or other signs. I like that he includes domestic dog and cat tracks as well. But I enjoyed it so much I read it cover to cover.

This was really pleasant. It was basically all about behavior and not tracking, which is what I wanted. Lots of cute little illustrations.
