The volume three of this light novel series continues to be entertaining. I like that in this volume to focus is on the male lead's 12 years old brother. The main story is a bit typical: boy meets girl, girl is doomed to be a human sacrifice, boy does everything within his power to save girl from certain death, with the help of his older brother and cousin, both happen to be powerful elemental mages.

The story is fast paced and I managed to read the whole book within a few hours, still the characters show little to no growth and the ending is a bit typical. Still, I will read the next volume ASAP.

Migliore dei precedenti, senza dubbio. Certo, l'inizio l'ho trovato un po' noioso - Ren innamorato è pucciosissimo, ma dopo un po' l'angelicità di Ayumi-chan mi ha dato un tantino sui nervi - ma poi mi è piaciuto molto come si è evoluta la vicenda e il finale è stato anche abbastanza commovente. Eppure, Kazuma non riesce ancora a convincermi, nonostante, in teoria, avendo visto l'anime, dovrei conoscere il personaggio.
