Very cool, readable, common-sense presentation with provocative questions interspersed. It's extremely friendly for first-year students but isn't afraid to probe into theory.

I may be a little biased because Professor Weinreb brings it to life very well in class. Also, because he likes to give parting gifts, I am the lucky owner one of the original cartoons printed in this book! (Yes, there are cartoons. In a legal textbook. I know, it's awesome.)
