"The Supernatural You" was my first dive into a purely Pentecostal/charismatic perspective, and while it was interesting from a learning standpoint, the book itself was pretty rough. The writing is repetitive, and some of the theology is questionable—at one point, the author even says that God is a spirit, which doesn’t line up with classical Christian doctrine. While I’m glad I got a glimpse into this viewpoint, the poor writing and theological missteps made it a frustrating read.
