In depth look at everything one needs to know about the titular topic. It is comprehensive with good examples, if a bit dry at times.

One of the best books there is on inland and coastal navigation. This is book is meant to be paired with Starpath's online course with the same name. You can read the book alone and get the idea, but the course includes the Navigation Workbook, a chart to practice on, as well as the valuable online resources (virtual classroom, forum, quiz, etc).
