A little hermit crab lives in a tide pool.
It's fine, just kinda bland.

I would like to be on vacation at the sea shore right now and I thought this book would make me want to be at the sea, however it really didn't. It is a good book to acquaint kids to what can be found on the seashore but I was not inspired! The pictures were cute and the story was fine but beyond that this really isn't an award winner!

Picture Book 20
I thought the illustrations in this book were so pretty because they were painted in watercolors! I think that young children would enjoy learning about the different sea creatures and parts of the beach. It also made me want to be on vacation on a beach! Very simple book.

What a lovely book about all the kinds of treasures you can find on the seashore. The illustrations are so beautiful and it tells the tale of a little hermit crab that lives in a rock pool.

I'm not sure why it is called On the Seashore because it is about a hermit crab but I love the pictures.
