Lovely little book with a tribute to Voltaire from the time of his death (Goldsmith) and one from the 100th anniversary of that event (Hugo). Both are worth reading, even if there's a fair amount of high feeling and rhetorical bombast. If you love Voltaire, you might want to see if your library has a copy or can get one. I see that Amazon has a used copy for $3.00, in case you feel the need to own the book.

Found this book going through old boxes of random stuff in my office. Goodreads doesn't offer a cover image, but the copy I have has a photo of a sculpture of Voltaire on both front and back cover, same as the one shown on Amazon. The book is used, but the other stuff in the box is from the early twenty-teens, maybe 2010 to 2013, and I can't remember if I bought it myself or it was a gift. If a friend reading this gave it to me, my apologies for my poor memory, and thank you!
