If you're interested in what makes NFL teams tick, this is the book for you. The FO team does a lot of analysis on the numbers and draws quite a few surprising conclusions. An example that flies in the face of conventional wisdom is the fact that good teams use the pass to setup the run (not the other way around as the blustering booth-heads would tell you). Check it out. I'm biased because my name is in it, and I was one of the game charters.
