This is a cute soft covered book about a girl named Jellybean. There are three short stories in it that can be used to help children deal with everday situations.

It says age wise it is for 9-12 year olds, but I think that is more the reading level than the actual book. My seven year old liked this book a lot and she could read it by herself, with a little bit of help. She asked a lot of questions about the stories, so it was a great discussion starter for her. I could easily read this to my 4 year old or 5 year old and have them enjoy and understand the story.

The stories cover meeting new people (being shy), new babies in the family, and going to school.
