Wow, Reece and Carmen having amazing chemistry, yeah sometimes you don't know whether their going to love or kill one another but what's wrong with that. The wit and humor in this book are wonderful and although I didn't originally think I would find snakes sexy this series has definitely changed my mind.
Reece is a cocky, sexy, amazing Ophidian (snake shifter), when he struck a deal with Carmen he may have bitten off more than he can chew.
Carmen is a pretty sexy shifter herself, she's resourceful, smart and willing to play along with Reece long enough to get what she needs. Carmen shows Reece that when you make a deal with a snake it's best to not anger the poisonous ones.

February 16, 2014This is book 2 of the Knossos West series. Carmen is a rogue viper weresnake because she doesn't want to answer to anyone. While traveling through NY she stops at a bar, where she meets a hot guy. They hit it off but neither want it to go anywhere. She decides to help herself to his motorcycle on her way out.
Reece is a anaconda weresnake that belongs to a nest. He sees Carmen and thinks she would be a good time. However, finding out she stole his motorcycle put a damper on his mood. To his surprise, she calls him from jail and asks him to bail her out. He does on one condition, that she spends one month with him.
This series and book are well worth it

I love a bad boy brought to his knees! Which his dominating personality, snarky attitude, and the fact he just oozes sexuality Reece may be the perfect man and well, Carnen just doesn't care (well at least not at first anyway). This book just Sykes me in and wouldn't let me go. I love the battle of wills between Reece and Carmen to see who comes out on top. They loved like they fought, wildly and a little on the rough side ;). This was a great second book for the Weresnakes. Nicely done ladies, it rocked!

I really enjoyed this second in the series. I don't know if it was because the characters grabbed me from the start or if the whole story was just real. I could see this happening in real life. That is what makes the author rock this world of shifters.... it's just close enough to "it could happen in real life" to make your heart pound in the right spots, and make it shatter in the next. Reece and Carmen are just that couple you know is going to catch fire from the start and never burn any softer than a deep, dark flame.

Who doesn't love a bad boy?
Reece has the be the baddest snake in Knossos West. Sexy and drop dead gorgeous, this snake is looking for a good ride not a permanent stay. but unfortunately for him, Carmen isn't just a good ride... she is his fated mate. and the fun just doesn't stop there.
i loved this story and hope to see more from these ladies soon.
