I enjoyed this book very much. Maybe I’m over doing it on the stars but there are some genuinely interesting things in this book. I thought it was likely to be rehash of Isaksen & Treffinger’s CPS and in some parts it is, but also there passages I guess must come Charles Prather own canon of professional work. It references a lot of other book material that has grown my Goodreads Reading list! Some of the examples are slightly “American” and maybe sometimes are too many in a set, but I guess if you’re isolated and need some input - it’s a good book.
