A good concise summary of French grammar taught chapter by chapter, with a reasonably entertaining comic book episode in each chapter. Most grammar is covered except preterite and subjunctive tenses. Vocabulary included is partly dependent on the story and examples given.
It makes a good revision text for those who have studied the language several years prior. For someone learning from scratch I'd say that more work would need to be done per chapter to absorb it. Perhaps the included internet links provide that; I didn't check.

It would take a lot more work to go through for an absolute beginner, but as an A2 learner, I found it very helpful.
