A very interesting account of the career of one of the more uncontroversial recent commissioners. Dates felt a bit confused at times - perhaps proofreading could've been better.

Being a serving police officer with strong hope and ambition for the future of the police service in these difficult times, the book served as an excellent inspirational catalyst.
