Betty Marion White (17 January 1922 - 31 December 2021) was an American five-time Emmy Award-winning film and television actress with a career spanning sixty years.
White also appeared in radio programs, movies, theater, commercials, and was also a talk show and game show host. Betty White is perhaps best known for her roles in the sitcoms The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls.
Betty White and TV personality, Allen Ludden, were married on June 14, 1963, and remained together until Ludden's death in 1981.
